I wanted to share an update about how we're handling support.
A few months ago we moved away from our previous live chat system and are now using WhatsApp for all your support queries. The old chat wasn’t as reliable as we’d hoped, and we know some of you experienced missed messages. By switching to WhatsApp, we’ve seen a big improvement, and we hope you’ve found it easier to reach us.
We’d also like to ask for your patience when waiting for a response. Our team is just two people at the moment, both balancing other commitments and young families. We do our best to handle bugs, errors, and access requests within an hour, but feature requests may take a little longer. Your understanding makes a big difference, and we truly appreciate it!
