System Update; New Features

We're right on the brink of launching The Working Tools to the wider world, but in the meantime we have a whole bunch of new features to try!

Introducing: the Emailer!

You're now able to email your Members, Contacts and various Tagged groups directly from within The Working Tools.  Head to the new Tools section, then to Emailer.

You can send Attachments directly from your Documents archive, or quickly update your Members. You'll get a copy and they'll each receive a separate (GDPR compliant - no cc's here!) email, branded with your own Lodge's logo too!

Also....
Publish Minutes
Once you've created your Minutes in the new Event Planner, you can now publish them as a PDF straight to your Event Documents.

Member Importer
You can now import Members from a .csv file to save lots of time when setting up the system.

Member Search
Quickly find Members, Contacts or Events from a handy search box.

Branded Emails
When sending emails they're now branded with your own Lodge's logo
