Beta Update 3

As we draw 2020 to a close, here's a quick update of some new features and amendments to the system:

Lodge Assets
Assets (in the Lodge tab) can now be given an 'Insured Value' as well as an estimated 'real' value. You can also Print or Export an Asset list now too.

Contacts who require a Summons
You can now mark a Contact as requiring a Summons (or Minutes too), eg. for a Provincial Office or a Sister Lodge. 

Summons List
You can now get a Summons List (and a Minutes List) from the Reports section,  showing who requires a Summons and get a quick-copy-paste of their email addresses.

Lodge Event Numbers
Regular Lodge type meetings now have a number (eg. the 123rd meeting), and the system will let you know what the last chronological number was.

Members have Tags too
Lodge Members now have Tags like Contacts, and you can filter by Tag on the Advanced Filters page.

Members 'known as' and suffixes
You can now add a 'known as' version of a Member's first name, eg. Dave for David.
Their Masonic and Postal names will still use 'first name', but throughout the system you'll see their 'known as' name if they have one set.

Members can now also have a non-masonic suffix, to account for anyone that has an OBE, MBE or similar.

Here's hoping that 2021 allows us all to see each other once again and actually take part in some Freemasonry!
