Subscription

The Working Tools operates on a subscription model which helps us ensure ongoing access to the latest features, updates, and security enhancements. This model allows us to provide continuous support, regular data backups, and a secure cloud-based platform without requiring users to manage costly software updates or maintenance. The subscription ensures that Lodge Secretaries and Treasurers benefit from a consistently evolving toolset tailored to their needs, enabling efficient and modern Lodge administration.


Starting a Trial

Once you have registered to create an account, you will be presented with our Terms & Conditions, followed by a request for your Payment details.

This card will not be charged until one calendar month after the start of your trial.

Following a successful charge, you will be billed automatically each month on your subscription date.


Switching to Annual Billing

Many Users (especially those reclaiming the cost of the subscription from their Lodge) prefer to have one single, annual payment instead of many monthly payments.

At any time (even during your free trial), you can switch your subscription to annual billing from the Subscription page.

Simply click Change to Annual Subscription, then Confirm change to Annual Subscription.

Before the change is actioned, you'll need to re-enter your password.


Switching to Monthly Billing

If you've switched to annual billing but would prefer monthly payments, you can switch this from the Subscription page, in the Your Subscription card.

Simply click Change to Monthly Subscription, then Confirm change to Monthly Subscription.

Before the change is actioned, you'll need to re-enter your password.


Cancelling your Subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do this from the Subscription page, by clicking on Cancel Subscription

On the pop-up that appears, you'll need to click Cancel Anyway. Please ensure you understand that you'll lose access to all of your Lodges if you cancel.

Before the change is actioned, you'll need to re-enter your password.

Once Cancelled, your account will still be active until the end of the subscription cycle that you've already paid for ('Grace Period'). After that period, you'll no longer have access.


Re-activating your Subscription

If you wish to re-activate your subscription after cancelling, you can do this if:

  • Your account is still active because you're still within your paid subscription cycle (on the 'Grace Period').
  • You cancelled within the last 90 days.

To remain compliant with data security regulations; 90 days after the date you cancelled your Lodge's data will be removed.
After this point, you would need to set up your Lodge again with a new subscription.


Refunds

Unfortunately we are not in a position to offer refunds for unused subscriptions, as we incur costs associated with the provision of the system whether it is used or not.

We would urge anyone who is unable to use the system to cancel their subscription to avoid charges, or to contact us if they require support.


Getting Copies of Invoices / Receipts

To download PDF copies if invoices, find the invoice(s) you're looking for on the Subscription page and click Download.


Changing Payment Method

To change or update your payment method, visit the Subscription page.

To add a new card, click Add payment method and enter your card details.

Once added, you can click Mark as Default to make it the primary card that your subscription is collected from.
Please note, if your subscription payment is due within 1-2 business days, the new card details may not take effect until the following collection cycle.
